We provide flow solution products having varied applications by manufacturing and supplying Helical Submerged Arc Welded (“HSAW”) pipes supplying across 17 states and 2 union territories in India, through our Manufacturing Facilities situated at Sanand, Gujarat and Nagpur, Maharashtra. We operate on a business-to-business model and primarily cater to private engineering, procurement and construction contractors, engaged in the execution of large-scale pipeline and infrastructure projects. Our HSAW pipes serve a diverse range of applications, with a primary focus on large-diameter water-transmission pipelines used in bulk water-supply systems, irrigation networks, inter-basin river-link pipelines, municipal water distribution networks, dam-based irrigation systems, transport-linked utility corridors and sewerage and urban-infrastructure projects.
HSAW pipes are also supplied for use in various other applications including airport, flyovers, power projects utilities such as HVAC utility networks, where long-distance, high-capacity handling and corrosion-resistant pipeline solutions are required. Further there is a the rapid expansion of data centre infrastructure, particularly hyperscale and artificial intelligence ("AI") data centres. The development of such facilities requires supporting water supply and utility infrastructure, which may create additional demand opportunities for HSAW Pipes used in these applications.
We are a registered vendor with certain infrastructure authorities engaged in water supply, sewerage and urban development projects, including state level Public Health Engineering Department, Jal Nigams and State Water Supply and Sewerage Boards, though our sales are primarily made to EPC contractors, who procure and utilise our products for execution of projects awarded by such government and quasi-government authorities. The vendor registration is granted following technical and quality assessments, including inspections of our Manufacturing Facilities and verification of compliance with prescribed product and performance standards. Such vendor registrations inherently operate as a barrier to entry for new or unqualified manufacturers, as participation in government-funded water-transmission and pipeline projects is permitted only to vendors that meet defined eligibility requirements including capacity, quality certification and testing requirements. The registration process typically takes up to 9 to 18 months. Our vendor registrations with these authorities enables us to service the demand arising from high-value government tenders and infrastructure projects that require adherence to stringent quality, safety and durability norms, thereby strengthening our credibility and competitive positioning in the HSAW pipe manufacturing sector.
Our manufacturing operations are carried out through two Manufacturing Facilities located at Sanand, Gujarat (“Sanand Facility”) and Nagpur, Maharashtra (“Nagpur Facility”), which offer us significant advantage both from raw material sourcing and customer sales perspective. As on the date of Draft Red Herring Prospectus, we have a total installed capacity of 160,000 metric tonnes per annum (“MTPA”), of which 40,000 MTPA is at our Sanand Facility and 120,000 MTPA is at our Nagpur Facility. During the last three Fiscals, we supplied 154,000 MT of HSAW pipes on aggregate basis.
We primarily procure IS:2062 certified Hot Rolled Coils (“HR Coils”), our principal raw material, from a national public sector steel manufacturer and a large private global steel manufacturer. Our Manufacturing Facilities are strategically located in proximity to these primary raw material sources and key transport infrastructure, enabling us to reduce logistics costs and turnaround time for the movement of raw materials and finished products. The national public sector steel manufacturer plant is located at Bastar Chhattisgarh, India around 500 kilometers from our Nagpur Facility while private global steel manufacturer plant is located at Hazira, near Surat, Gujarat, India which is approximately 300 kilometers from our Sanand Facility. This proximity enables us to benefit from timely availability of raw materials, lower transportation costs, competitive procurement pricing, consistent quality and supply continuity, thereby supporting production efficiency and our ability to meet delivery timelines.

We are strategically positioned to beenfit from the growing demand for large – diameter HSAW pipes, driven by investments in critical pipeline applications across industries. Our product portfolio primarily comprises large diameter HSAW pipes with varied wall thickness. Further, we produce HSAW pipes with bevelled end finishes (angled edges to facilitate strong and uniform welded joints), with or without protective coatings. Our HSAW pipes are primarily manufactured and supplied in accordance with customer-specific technical requirements. These pipes are manufactured in steel grades that are in compliance with applicable Indian standards. These grades represent varying levels of tensile strength and ductility, enabling the use of our pipes across a broad range of pressure bearing and structural applications. Our product portfolio primarily comprises large-diameter HSAW pipes ranging from 406 mm to 2,540 mm in diameter, with wall thickness varying between 5 mm and 20 mm. These HSAW pipes are manufactured in steel grades Fe 330 and Fe 410, in compliance with applicable Indian standards.
