Vipul Bansal is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from the University of Bradford and a master of science degree in accounting and financial management from the University of Lancaster. He was previously associated with ILB Sports Private Limited, HTL Ispat Private Limited, Webman Technologies Private Limited, Hi-Tech Terrysoft Private Limited and HTL Metal Private Limited as a director. He has over 17 years of experience in the pipes industry. Initially, he joined our Company in 2015 as a Non-Executive Director and currently as our Managing Director, he is responsible for formulating policies, developing business strategies, and overseeing their implementation across our Company.
Anand Thakorprasad Amin is the Whole Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from Gujarat University, a diploma in export-import management and a post diploma in sales management from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. He was previously associated with Hi-Tech Pipes Limited, Siddhartha Tubes Limited and Shri Ambica Tubes. He has over 14 years of experience in the pipes industry and currently oversees factory operations in our Company.
Nikita Bansal is a Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Delhi and an integrated bachelor of education and master of education degree from the Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar (Haryana). She also holds a master of business administration degree in business sustainability from the Teri University, New Delhi. She was previously associated with Unity Buildwell Limited. She has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her other directorship includes Tathya Investment and Advisory Private Limited.
Neerja Kumar is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor in science degree (honours) from the Meerut University and a master of philosophy degree in botany from the Institute of Advanced Studies, Meerut University. She has 37 years of experience in banking and was previously associated with Punjab National Bank, from where she retired as a general manager. Her other directorships include Hi-Tech Pipes Limited and HTL Metal Private Limited.
Rosy Jaiswal is an Independent Director of our Company. She is a qualified company secretary and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 14 years of experience in secretarial compliance. She was previously associated with K.K. Malhotra & Co. and Victory Infratech Private Limited. Presently, she is engaged in independent practice as a company secretary and manages her own firm, Rosy Jaiswal and Associates.
Anil Kumar Bansal is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor in commerce degree from Punjabi University, Patiala. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over 39 years of experience in banking and was previously associated with State Bank of India, from where he retired as an assistant general manager. His other directorship includes Behari Lal Engineering Limited.

Jagmohan is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 22, 2026. He is a qualified chartered accountant and an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed his degree in bachelor of commerce. He was practicing as a chartered accountant for over 5 years. Prior to joining our Company, he was the sole proprietor of Jagmohan & Co. and was also associated with Indian Crop Science Private Limited. Since he was appointed in Fiscal 2027, he did not receive any remuneration in Fiscal 2026.
Divya is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since August 12, 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She is a qualified company secretary and an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 4 years of experience in secretarial compliance. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Kumar Goyal and Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants and Ishan International Limited. The remuneration paid to her during Fiscal 2026 was ₹0.50 million.
